General Questions

Where are you located?

You can find us on Level 11, 138 Albert Street, Brisbane.

Is there parking available?

While we don’t offer on-site parking, Uptown Parking and Wintergarden Parking are nearby. We’re also just a 10-minute walk from Central Station.

Do you offer after-hours appointments?

Yes, we’re open until 8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our Toowong and Helensvale locations offer weekend availability.

Is Face Value Dental wheelchair accessible?

Yes, we have elevator access to our clinic on Level 11, which is fully wheelchair accessible.

Do I need someone to pick me up after my sedation appointment?

Yes, sedation can cause some drowsiness, therefore, requires you to be picked up from your appointment by a designated person of your choice.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, we operate by appointment to make your visit as smooth as possible.
